Return and refund policy

Returns

You may return your order within 15 days of delivery, no reason needed.

Returned items should be unused and unworn, with tags and original packaging included where possible. If an item shows signs of wear beyond normal inspection, we may deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.

To arrange a return, email us and we'll send you the return instructions.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, size, or colour, place a new order and return the original — we'll refund it as soon as it arrives.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal preference (change of mind, wrong size or colour), return shipping is at your own cost.

For quality issues or items shipped in error, we cover return shipping and reshipment. Please send us photos of the item so we can verify and assist.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we'll process the refund within 14 days. If you provide proof of return shipment, the 14 days start from when we receive that proof.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
