Shipping Area

We currently ship to customers across Europe, including EU member states, the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EU European countries. Please refer to the checkout page for the full list of countries we ship to.

If you'd like your order shipped outside Europe, email us before placing your order. We'll confirm whether we can deliver to your location and quote the shipping cost separately.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that once the shipping confirmation has been sent, delivery details can no longer be changed. If you need to make a change before dispatch, email us as soon as possible.
